What is website management?
Everything your website needs to stay healthy after launch: software and plugin updates, security monitoring, backups, uptime monitoring, speed optimization, SEO upkeep, and content changes — handled for you on an ongoing basis.
Do you only work with WordPress sites?
WordPress is my specialty, but I also support sites built on other platforms like Wix, Squarespace, and Shopify. If you're not sure what your site is built on, send me the address and I'll take a look.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. All plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. I'd rather keep your business by doing good work than by locking you in.
How do I send you tasks?
Email works great — just describe what you need in plain English, or send screenshots. No ticket systems to learn. I'll confirm receipt and let you know when it's done.
How fast are changes completed?
Most routine edits and fixes are turned around within one business day. Priority plans get faster response, and genuine emergencies (site down, suspected hack) jump the queue.
My website is broken or was hacked. Can you help?
Yes. Malware cleanup, restoring from backup, and getting a down site back online are all things I handle — even if you're not on a plan yet. Reach out and I'll assess it right away.
Can you help people find my business on Google?
Yes — that's the SEO & online presence side: setting up and optimizing your Google Business Profile, local SEO, on-page and technical SEO, and review management so your business shows up and looks trustworthy when people search.
What if I already have a website designer or developer?
No problem. I can work alongside them and handle the ongoing maintenance, security, and SEO side — or simply be on call for the tasks they don't cover.
How does pricing work?
